How to reserve your event date.
In order to reserve your event date please provide the following information below.
1) Reservation Form:
We require a completed reservation form for all confirmed event dates.
2) Deposit:
To complete your order and secure your event date we require a 50% security deposit. The security deposit is due upon receipt of the initial proposal and is deducted from the final balance due. The final balance will be due upon delivery unless the balance is paid for in advance.
Payment Options :
We offer our clients several payment options to choose from. For payment we accept cash, checks and credit cards. A 3% service charge will be applied to all credit card transactions. The balance for the service we have provided is due the day of the event. Some clients choose to pay the full amount in advance to their event. Our policy is that it is quite acceptable to remit payment once services are rendered.
As stated in the event order, full payment is due the day of the event. Should a client fail to remit payment or if the credit card is declined we will offer the client a second opportunity to remit payment. Failure to close out the balance in full will result in a late fee of 10% on the total remaining balance.
