“ In a sea of "eh" food and impersonal wedding-factory caterers, Chef Luis and Eden are a refreshing and inspirational change. We did an extensive interview process and they were far better than even the very good caterers.

First of all, they are consummate professionals who love food. It really shows. The food is absolutely delicious - we were blown away by the tasting, and it was very indicative of how good the reception would be. Then, you factor in their intense Green commitment - they really walk the walk - and you admire their level of commitment (from biodegradable bags, to the ingredients, to even a biodiesel truck - it's not window dressing). Lastly, their commitment to making your event turn out far better than you had imagined.

We had a 3 1/2 month engagement (and a non-standard reception site), so they didn’t have much time at all - and our guests simply could not believe how amazing the reception was. It's all in the little things - like Eden's homemade bar mixers and the printed-out drinks menu, or the huge Paella pan (literally took 4 people to walk it out to oohs and aahs). Maybe it's the organic salumi plate from a prominent local chef, or the organic cheeses and figs from Marin, or possibly the secret-recipe Sangria served in the gorgeous vessel. Possibly it was the tea and coffee set up which folks are still talking about. Trust me, you wont go wrong with OCC. They are simply amazing.”
