citrus: sunburst tangerines

corn : yellow and bi-color limited to mid season

greens: frisee, rainbow chard, mizuna, cavelo nero kale, escarole    

mushrooms, hen of the woods, maitake, porcinis, toybox

pears : bosc, french butter, seckels, comice

roots: sweet potatoes, celery root, parsnips
