Thank You Organic Chef !  Thanks to you my daughters wedding was absolutely magical.  I am an out of town mom and my daughter promised me everything would be taken care of by Eden.  She was right!  Not only was the menu unique {Spicy yellowfin tuna, Grassfed Beef Mini Burgers,Toybox cherry tomato tarts,Arancinis, Mini ice cream & sorbet cones} the presentation was beautiful. The service staff and bartenders were right on point.  Everything was taken care of by Eden. From the beautiful dinner ware, Riedel glassware, linens to the table and chair set up . I actually enjoyed my self because every thing was in Eden's hands.  Please don't hesitate trusting your special event to Organic Chef.

We had a wonderful experience with Organic Chef for our business' open house with about 250 guests.  Both Eden and Luis were great to work with and had good ideas about layout and flow, as well as unexpected touches such as candle lanterns on the deck.  And the food was superb - fresh, creative and beautifully displayed.  We had many positive comments from our guests (and no leftovers).  As a sustainable business, we wanted to serve organic foods along with the organic wines we had chosen, and Organic Chef really came through.  Plus, they drive a biodiesel truck and use biodegradable plates and utensils.  Overall, we were very pleased with Organic Chef  - two thumbs up!  - Alice H.

The event management skills you brought allowed this event to go off with out a hitch. From the start, you were flexible, accommodating and creative. I hired Organic Chef Catering to do my husband's 40th birthday and was thrilled with the results.  I worked with Chef Luis, who was really responsive and helpful. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, the staff friendly and courteous.  My friends all commented (I'm not kidding when I say ALL) on how much they enjoyed the food.  Chestnut soup shooters, tuna tartare, cuban ropa vieja, crab cakes, mmmmm..... From the very beginning, Organic Chef showed enthusiasm and was very responsive to my requests. I made several changes to my order and each time, Luis happily catered to my needs. They got to the venue early to make sure everything was on track and was ready way before the event began. All the food and drink items were amazing! We felt so lucky to have Eden and the Organic Chef Catering team at our wedding - the food? Amazing - we never expected to love our wedding passed apps and dinner as much as we did, but we knew from the tasting that this was the best. People kept coming up to us to say they loved it too! And Eden literally went above and beyond - she basically helped with anything we needed (she coordinated with all of our vendors, helped with any rentals we needed, helped with the decor, etc.) and basically made sure the whole day went smoothly (she helped SO much behind the scenes the whole time - making sure everyone was where they needed to be and making sure everything was working out timing wise)...just all around awesome.
